Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with QEELIN brand standards, ensuring a refined shopping experience at every touchpoint
- Achieve assigned sales targets whilst fostering effective collaboration with team members
- Develop deep product knowledge of the collection and communicate styling expertise, brand heritage, and market positioning to enhance client confidence and brand perception
- Master in-store processes, systems, and operational protocols; maintain strict adherence to Group and QEELIN commercial policies and compliance requirements
- Maintain merchandise security and accountability, preventing theft and loss
- Embody the QEELIN brand through personal presentation and conduct that aligns with luxury brand standards
- Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury goods, preferably jewelry or high-end accessories
- Strong understanding of luxury retail service standards and client relationship management
- Ability to interpret market trends and competitive landscape to provide informed product recommendations
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail sales or client-facing roles within the jewelry or high-end accessories sector is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail or gemology is advantageous.
