QEELIN Sales Associate position in Anhui, China. Represent luxury jewelry brand, guide clients through purchase journey, achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the QEELIN brand to clients and guide them at every stage of the buying journey with expert product knowledge and styling advice
- Present the collection using brand standards and communicate product characteristics, trends, and benefits professionally
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining harmony and active collaboration with team members
- Demonstrate mastery of in-store processes, tools, and systems; ensure strict compliance with operational protocols and corporate/brand policies
- Maintain knowledge of market dynamics and competitive brands to provide clients with professional insights and enhance brand awareness and satisfaction
- Ensure merchandise security and loss prevention; report any stock discrepancies or damages
- Uphold personal image and behavior in strict accordance with brand requirements and guidelines
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by direct supervisors
Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of QEELIN brand values and service standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of luxury jewelry market, competitor positioning, and consumer trends
- Attention to detail and commitment to brand representation and store presentation standards
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments is highly valued. Experience in jewelry, watches, or accessories selling is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary education or certification in luxury retail, hospitality, or business is preferred.
