Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, brand-compliant client service at every stage of the buying journey to ensure an exceptional boutique experience.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute proactively to team performance through collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Advise customers on product characteristics, styling and market context; elevate client understanding and satisfaction with professional recommendations.
  • Operate and maintain familiarity with in-store processes, tools and POS/CRM systems while adhering to Group/Qeelin commercial policies and operational compliance.
  • Safeguard merchandise and follow loss-prevention procedures to minimise theft and inventory loss.
  • Maintain a personal appearance and professional conduct consistent with Qeelin brand standards.
  • Execute additional tasks and store duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a luxury retail environment; prior experience in jewellery retail is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a client-centric mentality.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, stock handling and loss-prevention best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, high standards of personal presentation and professional integrity.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Vocational training or certificates in retail, luxury goods, gemmology or related disciplines considered an advantage.
