Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, personalised client service in accordance with QEELIN service standards to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Advise clients throughout the buying journey by presenting collections, explaining product characteristics, styling options and trends.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets; actively collaborate with colleagues to support team performance and store objectives.
  • Monitor local market and competitor activity; provide professional insight to clients to strengthen brand awareness and satisfaction.
  • Operate and maintain familiarity with in‑store processes, tools and POS systems; comply strictly with group and brand commercial policies and operational procedures.
  • Protect merchandise integrity by following loss‑prevention protocols and ensuring stock security.
  • Maintain a professional personal image and conduct that reflects brand standards.
  • Undertake additional tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer‑facing skills with a strong service orientation and polished interpersonal manner.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to drive sales and convert opportunities into transactions.
  • Knowledge of jewellery and watches is strongly preferred; ability to communicate product features and craftsmanship confidently.
  • High standards of personal presentation and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Ability to follow operational procedures and commercial policies precisely.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
