The Sales Associate represents Qeelin in Chengdu, delivering service in line with brand standards, advising customers, supporting sales targets and maintaining operational compliance and merchandise security.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive customer service and a positive shopping experience in accordance with QEELIN service standards.
- Meet assigned sales targets and collaborate actively with team members.
- Stay informed about market trends and competing brands; provide customers with professional analysis to strengthen brand awareness and satisfaction.
- Master store procedures and tools, understand operational compliance requirements, and follow group and QEELIN business policies and processes.
- Safeguard merchandise and prevent theft and other losses.
- Ensure personal appearance and conduct meet brand requirements.
- Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.
