Qeelin Sales Associate position in Beijing – luxury jewelry retail role representing the brand and guiding clients through the purchase journey.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Qeelin brand to clients and guide them through all stages of the purchasing journey
  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Qeelin's service standards
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product characteristics, styles, and market trends to provide professional insights to clients
  • Master all in-store processes and tools while adhering to operational compliance requirements and group/brand commercial policies
  • Ensure merchandise security and prevent loss or damage
  • Maintain personal appearance and conduct in accordance with brand requirements
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by direct management
