The Retail Operations Intern at Qeelin supports store operations through document management, vendor payments, expense administration, retail data updates and coordination of store supply needs. The role also handles routine administrative support and communications between stores and relevant departments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organizes and archives retail-related documents.
- Supports the retail department with routine vendor payments, expense management, contract and invoice administration, and related tasks.
- Organizes and updates retail data, and supports stores’ daily operational-supply requirements and arrangements.
- Supports the retail department’s day-to-day administrative needs and coordinates routine communications between stores and relevant functional departments in a timely manner.
