Qeelin Retail Operations Intern in Shanghai — support store operations, document management, and administrative coordination for a luxury jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain operational documentation and filing systems for store operations
- Support daily payment processing, expense requisitions, contract execution, and invoice management for the operations team
- Coordinate store information updates and consolidation; manage and arrange store materials orders
- Provide administrative support to the operations team and facilitate communications with other departments regarding store-related matters
- Monitor inventory flow and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained across the store
- Support store projects including relocations, renovations, and operational scheduling changes
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and filing skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of retail operations or inventory management
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
