Role & Responsibilities
- Organize, file and maintain retail‑related documentation and contract records with strict attention to version control and confidentiality.
- Support daily supplier payments and expense administration, including invoice verification, expense tracking and basic payment follow‑up.
- Maintain and update retail datasets; prepare and deliver store operational materials and supplies as required.
