Qeelin Retail Operations Executive in Shanghai, managing retail reporting, compliance, and cross-functional coordination for Greater China operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Compile and distribute administrative dashboards and retail management reports to senior leadership
- Maintain and update master data concerning store openings, closures, and headcount across Greater China operations
- Track retail budgets and expenditures, flagging discrepancies to the Head of Retail for review
- Ensure data integrity across internal retail systems and assist with system updates and audits
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison between Greater China Retail and cross-functional departments
- Coordinate distribution of internal communications, standard operating procedures, and brand guidelines to all retail stores
- Liaise with external vendors, landlords, and service providers on administrative matters
- Organize and coordinate regional retail events and town halls, managing all logistical and administrative preparations
- Review and streamline existing retail administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure all retail administrative activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and global compliance standards
- Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes for retail management staff
- Maintain tracking systems for retail licenses, permits, and regulatory documentation
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, data management systems, and administrative software

Skills
Experience
3+ years of experience in retail operations, administrative management, or related functions within luxury retail or consumer goods. Proven track record of managing multi-store operations, coordinating with senior management, and implementing process improvements.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in retail or luxury goods administration.
