Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor department sales targets and KPIs across Hong Kong and Macau markets to achieve monthly and annual objectives
- Develop, track, and supervise sales incentive schemes and performance metrics across assigned stores
- Supervise departmental inventory levels and manage replenishment cycles to optimize inventory utilization and working capital
- Coordinate business development and franchisee status tracking for all stores, including monitoring opening schedules, relocations, and renovations
- Manage store standard operating procedures and ensure compliance across retail locations
- Oversee routine maintenance, equipment purchases, and logistical support for store operations
- Conduct vendor management functions including quotation review, transaction verification, and supplier relationship oversight
- Coordinate with store teams on visual merchandising displays and market trend assessment
- Manage unified standards for sales associate image, uniforms, cosmetics, and presentation
- Execute ad-hoc strategic projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations management or similar supervisory role

Education
