Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the China Marketing & CRM Manager in developing and executing end-to-end CRM programs including onboarding, retention, reactivation and referral campaigns.
  • Coordinate CRM initiatives across retail touchpoints, ensuring seamless planning and execution of CRM events and ad-hoc clienteling activities with store teams.
  • Manage CRM data hygiene and monthly maintenance processes, including VIP/VVIP birthday lists and store data deliveries.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as client retention, lifetime value and campaign ROI; derive actionable recommendations from metrics.
  • Map and optimise end-to-end client journeys; implement automated client journey flows (welcome series, post-purchase follow-ups, anniversaries).
  • Support development and execution of the loyalty/VIP program, including tier benefits, gifting and exclusive event coordination.
  • Liaise with Communication and external design agencies to ensure premium, brand-consistent execution of CRM materials and in-store activations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging CRM technologies and identify tools or processes to enhance personalization and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM, clienteling or retail marketing—preferably within luxury, premium or jewellery sectors.
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with experience producing reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across marketing, retail and external agencies.
  • A customer-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to translate client data into personalized marketing and loyalty initiatives.
