Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and financial support for the Communications team, including courier coordination, document filing, internal approval workflows, purchase order processing and expense claims.
- Support on-site execution and logistics for brand events — fine-jewellery exhibitions, press days, store openings and media previews — handling RSVP management, materials preparation and vendor liaison.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on media coverage, social-listening highlights, event recaps and competitor activity; prepare clear decks and summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist with media, KOL and celebrity engagement activities to amplify brand visibility and support influencer relationship management.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research, gather trend insights and contribute to presentation materials for internal meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s programme in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to administrative and financial processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to draft clear summaries and prepare professional presentation materials.
- Proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines and to work on-site for events as required.
- Interest in luxury, fine jewellery and fashion; prior internship experience in PR, events or marketing is advantageous.

Internship-level role; ideal candidates will have previous internship or project experience (up to 1 year) in communications, PR, events or marketing, preferably with exposure to luxury brands or retail activations.
Education
Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate, in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
