Qeelin in Shanghai seeks a Logistics Intern to support after‑sales and distribution operations, working with D365, Esker and Kering BPM.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and update daily repair jobs in D365, maintaining both electronic records and file-based repair reports.
- Update repair status in the ERP daily (e.g., pending / repairing / returning) and reconcile any unclosed repairs by following up with boutiques.
- Coordinate and schedule repair pick-ups and returns between Shanghai and Beijing workshops and boutiques.
- Collect material requests from boutiques, arrange shipments, and track delivery until receipt confirmation.
- Monitor transfer orders in D365 that remain un‑received by boutiques and escalate or follow up to resolution.
- Prepare and submit payment requests in Esker and complete stamp applications via Kering BPM as required.
- Support ad hoc logistics and after‑sales administration to ensure timely distribution and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to data accuracy and process compliance.
- Proactive communicator able to liaise with boutiques, workshops and cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable working with ERP and workflow systems; willingness to learn brand-specific platforms and procedures.
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Internship‑level role; prior exposure to supply chain, logistics, or after‑sales operations is advantageous but not required. Previous internship or part‑time experience in retail logistics or a luxury environment is a plus.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate degree (supply chain, logistics, business administration, operations management or comparable).
