Qeelin is hiring a Jewelry Client Advisor in Beijing — deliver luxury client service, drive sales and represent the brand in boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, brand‑standard client service across the entire buying journey to ensure an exceptional in‑store experience.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively collaborate with colleagues to drive collective performance.
- Present product features and styling advice professionally; increase client awareness and satisfaction through tailored consultation.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity; provide informed, client‑facing analysis to support sales conversations.
- Operate store processes and tools with proficiency; adhere strictly to Group and brand commercial policies and operational compliance.
- Safeguard merchandise and follow loss‑prevention procedures to minimise theft and other inventory losses.
- Maintain a polished personal presentation and conduct fully aligned with brand image and behavioural standards.
- Perform additional tasks as delegated by the store manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in client‑facing retail sales, preferably within luxury jewelry, watches, or high‑end accessories.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets while working collaboratively in a boutique team.
- Strong product knowledge with the capacity to advise customers on design, materials and craftsmanship.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and adherence to operational policies and loss‑prevention protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished presentation and clienteling aptitude.
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of luxury retail experience, with preference for prior roles in jewelry or watch boutiques where client advisory and sales targets were core responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in luxury retail, sales or gemology advantageous.
