Qeelin is hiring a Human Resources Intern in Shanghai to support C&B, talent projects and HR administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Compensation & Benefits team with daily tasks and initiatives, including salary and welfare optimisation activities and the collection and consolidation of basic retail workforce data.
- Assist Talent‑focused HR Business Partners in executing talent projects, including the rollout of training programmes and the maintenance of recruitment, learning & development and talent pipeline documentation.
- Perform routine HR administrative duties: support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, organise and archive personnel records, and maintain updates to HR dashboards and basic reports.
- Contribute to the execution of ad hoc HR initiatives and ensure compliance with internal procedures and record‑keeping standards.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with a meticulous approach to documentation and data entry.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills appropriate for partnering with retail teams and HR colleagues.
- Discreet and professional handling of confidential employee information.
Skills
Experience
Open to students or recent graduates; prior exposure to HR administration or retail HR support is advantageous but not required. Internship experience or university projects in HR, training or people operations will be valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
