Qeelin is hiring a Human Resources Intern in Shanghai to support C&B, talent projects and HR administration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Compensation & Benefits team with daily tasks and initiatives, including salary and welfare optimisation activities and the collection and consolidation of basic retail workforce data.
  • Assist Talent‑focused HR Business Partners in executing talent projects, including the rollout of training programmes and the maintenance of recruitment, learning & development and talent pipeline documentation.
  • Perform routine HR administrative duties: support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, organise and archive personnel records, and maintain updates to HR dashboards and basic reports.
  • Contribute to the execution of ad hoc HR initiatives and ensure compliance with internal procedures and record‑keeping standards.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with a meticulous approach to documentation and data entry.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills appropriate for partnering with retail teams and HR colleagues.
  • Discreet and professional handling of confidential employee information.

Experience
