Role & Responsibilities
- Report directly to the International Product and Merchandising Director and support cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly CRM reports to generate business insights for decision‑making.
- Support CRM system enhancements, coordinate implementation activities and liaise with internal teams.
- Coordinate assigned projects and prepare documentation required for external assessments.
- Assist with product‑related initiatives and provide administrative support for product launches and ad‑hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant internship or work experience in CRM, marketing analytics or project coordination is preferred.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate across functions.
- Available to work five full days per week.
Skills
Experience
No minimum professional experience required; relevant experience in CRM or project management is an advantage. Interns with prior exposure to marketing analytics, retail product coordination or CRM platforms will be strongly considered.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
