Qeelin in Shanghai seeks a Client Engagement Intern to support CRM data cleansing, client records and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cleanse and validate large CRM datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with confidentiality protocols.
- Perform precise data entry and enrichment of client records, product information and sales transactions.
- Categorize and tag client profiles according to internal classification rules to support segmentation and clienteling.
- Assist in the production of standardized sales and client engagement reports for the FJ sales team.
- Conduct regular data audits and quality-assurance checks to identify and correct discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s programme in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- High attention to detail, strong sense of discretion and experience handling confidential client information.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured datasets; strong numerical accuracy.
- Good communication skills, collaborative attitude and the ability to prioritise routine tasks efficiently.
- Prior internship or coursework in CRM, clientelling, retail marketing or data administration is a plus; Mandarin and English proficiency advantageous.

Entry-level role suited to candidates with academic exposure to marketing or communications; prior internship experience in CRM, client relations or data administration is advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
