Role & Responsibilities
- Adhere rigorously to Qeelin service standards to deliver attentive, personalised client experiences at every stage of the purchase journey.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively collaborate with colleagues to foster a cohesive, high-performing store team.
- Provide expert advice on product characteristics, styling and trends; translate market and competitor insights into persuasive client recommendations.
- Operate and master store processes and tools; ensure compliance with Group and brand commercial policies and operational procedures.
- Safeguard merchandise and implement loss-prevention measures to minimise theft and other inventory losses.
- Maintain a professional personal image and conduct in strict accordance with brand requirements.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by store management.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for client-facing luxury sales; strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Solid knowledge or demonstrable interest in fine jewellery (gemstones, precious metals and craftsmanship) preferred.
- High standards of personal presentation and professional conduct consistent with a luxury brand.
- Ability to follow operational procedures, commercial policies and loss-prevention protocols precisely.

Experience
Entry-level to mid-level retail experience; typically 1+ years in luxury retail or jewellery sales is preferred, with demonstrated success meeting sales targets and delivering client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or jewellery is an asset.
