Qeelin is hiring a Client Advisor (Jewelry) in Wuhan, China — deliver boutique sales and client service at Qeelin in Wuhan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to Qeelin service standards and deliver attentive, personalised service throughout the client journey.
- Present collections according to brand guidelines, explaining product characteristics, materials and craftsmanship to clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and collaborate proactively with colleagues to support store performance.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity; provide clients with informed analysis to raise brand awareness and satisfaction.
- Master in‑store procedures and tools, ensure operational compliance with group and brand commercial policies and processes.
- Protect merchandise integrity by enforcing security protocols to prevent loss or theft.
- Maintain a professional personal image and behaviour consistent with brand expectations.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
