Role & Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Regional Retail Manager and collaborate with boutique teams and other departments.
  • Build and develop the boutique team through regular training and mentoring in line with company principles.
  • Lead and manage store openings.
  • Initiate and execute strategic action plans for the boutique team to respond effectively to the retail climate and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee daily shop operations and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Create regular reports and maintain effective communication with the Regional Retail Manager and office-level teams.
  • Conduct luxury clienteling and deliver exceptional boutique service, including expanding the VIP customer database and managing customer follow-ups and issues.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory mix and healthy stock levels.
  • Implement assigned practices and guidelines to uphold brand values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in jewellery and watches is advantageous.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen. Proactive and result-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with high integrity. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in luxury retail, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably with experience in jewellery and watches.
