Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that reflect Qeelin’s brand image and convey a compelling, consistent story across stores.
• Lead and inspire a team of Visual Merchandisers to ensure visual guidelines and brand standards are executed.
• Plan and execute window displays, in-store displays and product presentations to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the Retail and Operations Department to understand customer preferences and shopping behaviours, translating insights into impactful displays.
• Develop visual merchandising props and tools within the allocated budget.
• Work with different departments to plan, schedule and execute the visual merchandising calendar, including ideas for each new season, collection or theme for retail teams and the wholesale network in line with campaign themes.
• Conduct regular store and market visits to assess visual merchandising quality and ensure displays meet global standards for prop condition, hygiene, aesthetics and visibility.
• Manage the shipment and logistics of visual merchandising tools to multiple markets.
• Assist with planning and monitoring large-scale event projects, including event concepts and design, pre- and post-event management, operational planning, on-site support and execution, procurement procedures, logistics arrangements and administrative work.
• Provide on-site event support and troubleshoot problems to ensure events run smoothly.
• Source, identify, negotiate with and monitor service contractors, entertainers and performers, and procure required services in accordance with organizational policy.
• Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses and preparing event financial reports.
• Ensure efficient, high-standard performance of assigned projects.
