Qeelin Hong Kong seeks Assistant Retail Training Manager to design and deliver training programs across APAC retail network for luxury fine jewellery brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding, novelty, monthly learning, and refresher training programs on a regular basis
- Enhance storytelling mindset and brand presentation capabilities through structured training and in-store coaching initiatives
- Monitor Mystery Shoppers Program results and collaborate with store managers on corrective action planning
- Revamp customer journey and elevate customer service standards across retail locations
- Strengthen frontline teams' CRM competencies and sales-driving skillsets through targeted coaching
- Collaborate with the International Training Manager to plan annual training budgets and local annual training calendars
- Prepare and maintain monthly training calendars, training records, and comprehensive training documentation
- Develop and update training program content, including novelty training notes and post-training materials
- Translate training materials and prepare supporting collateral as required
- Support special projects and ad hoc events, including high-jewellery launches and strategic retail initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in retail training, including training design, delivery, and field coaching
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the luxury retail industry
- Exposure to the luxury jewellery sector (preferred)
- Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Facilitation, or Coaching (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; good command of Mandarin Chinese
Skills
Experience
5–7 years of hands-on experience in retail training, encompassing training design, delivery, and field coaching, with a minimum of 2 years in the luxury retail sector. Exposure to the luxury jewellery industry is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree. Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Facilitation, or Coaching are preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
