Qeelin Assistant Retail Operations Manager in Shanghai — coordinate store operations, sales planning and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan department sales across different markets to reach monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop, track and supervise sales targets, KPIs, incentive schemes and achievement metrics
- Supervise department inventory and replenishment to optimize company resources and minimize stockouts
- Assist General Manager on corporate business planning and strategic initiatives
- Track business development and franchisee status for all stores, including relocation, renovation and opening schedules
- Coordinate store equipment maintenance and purchasing requirements
- Manage legal compliance and administrative follow-up work for retail operations
- Oversee unified management of shop assistant appearance, uniforms and cosmetics standards
- Communicate with store managers to review visual merchandising displays and assess market conditions
- Manage vendor relationships by reviewing quotations and monitoring supplier transactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations, store management or sales administration
- Strong proficiency with sales planning, inventory management and KPI tracking
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional activities
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)

3-5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or related field within luxury retail or consumer goods environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent field
