Qeelin Assistant E-Commerce Manager in Shanghai. Drive operations across Tmall, JD, Mini Programs with strategy, merchandising, and cross-functional collaboration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive e-commerce business operations across Tmall, JD, and Mini Programs platforms in China
  • Manage and guide third-party partner operation strategy and execution for store merchandising, activity planning, customer service, and logistics
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key business metrics including sales, UV (unique visitors), and ROI, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate business risks
  • Maintain strategic relationships with e-commerce platforms to develop annual and long-term channel strategies
  • Partner with merchandising teams on assortment planning and product replenishment to support brand positioning and commercial performance
  • Lead campaign planning and execution for new product launches across Tmall, JD, and Mini Programs channels
  • Act as primary liaison between e-commerce, marketing, merchandising, finance, and CRM departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on channel strategies encompassing content, social commerce, and PR initiatives aligned to commercial objectives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations or digital commerce management, preferably in luxury or premium sectors
  • Deep knowledge of China's major e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, Mini Programs)
  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in business metrics analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer experience standards
