PVH seeks a Workday HR Systems Specialist to provide second-level support for the Workday HCM platform across European HR departments. The role encompasses project support, service request management, application testing, system administration, and user training across HCM Core and ancillary modules. The incumbent will manage security configurations, data integrations, business process optimization, and mass transactions while serving as a subject matter expert on Workday functionality and best practices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify business requirements through research and cross-functional collaboration with local and global HR teams
- Serve as subject matter expert on Workday HCM solutions and provide guidance aligned with global governance standards
- Perform Workday system administration functions including security maintenance, business processes, data integrations, and release analysis
- Execute testing of application configurations, new features, and system enhancements to ensure quality standards
- Conduct feasibility and impact assessments for system improvements within core functionality
- Manage issue tracking, service requests, prioritization, and backlog administration
- Analyze downstream and end-to-end impacts of Workday changes on integrated systems and identify stakeholder requirements
- Prepare technical documentation, job aids, and communications for HR teams and stakeholder groups
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage knowledge transfer activities
- Execute mass data transactions including new hires, promotions, salary adjustments, and terminations via EIBs
- Develop ad-hoc, periodic, and audit reports; build custom reports and calculated fields using Workday tools
- Create and deliver training materials and end-user training on HR system functionality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM Core experience with proficiency in at least one additional module (Performance Management, Recruitment, or Advanced Compensation)
- Overall 5–8 years of experience supporting enterprise HR applications
- Solid understanding of HR processes, organizational practices, and HR data governance
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training to technical and end-user audiences
- Experience working with HR organizational data and cross-functional teams in diverse environments
- Fluency in English
- High level of integrity and professional ethics
