PVH seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Roermond to manage warehouse operations and staff for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations and achieve highest levels of efficiency in task management, sales, deliveries and profit protection
- Plan and coordinate deliveries into the warehouse
- Process high-volume deliveries via WMS and manage stock-related duties
- Participate in weekly management meetings and staff briefings
- Communicate clearly to warehouse personnel regarding inbound/outbound deliveries and efficient space utilization
- Drive stock movement efficiency to meet and exceed store and warehouse targets by motivating the team
- Treat all visitors and colleagues fairly and consistently to foster a positive warehouse environment
- Support the team in delivering business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and warehouse maintenance
- Achieve company standards and goals for personal results and professional development
- Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage warehouse opening, closing, and floor operations

- Previous track record of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
- Proven people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and disagreements
- Effective communication skills with ability to build relationships easily

Skills
Experience
Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is required. Demonstrated people management background with conflict resolution capabilities is essential.
