PVH seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, and shipping operations within a designated distribution center department. The successful candidate will manage personnel and warehouse systems including AS400/Manhattan WMS, coordinate cross-departmental logistics, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced, automated environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Utilize and maintain WMS systems (AS400/Manhattan) to oversee warehouse operations and ensure optimal performance
  • Manage and update virtual configuration environments to ensure reliability and continuous operational flow
  • Create and maintain access control protocols within assigned departments
  • Conduct analysis and management of PKMS and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to enhance operational efficiency
  • Plan and manage labor and physical product allocation to meet daily distribution requirements
  • Serve as liaison between warehouse operations and cross-functional departments to promote collaboration and achieve operational goals
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely, damage-free, and accurate product flow through the facility
  • Maintain inventory control and accurate accountability of physical inventory within the designated area
  • Ensure efficient and economical utilization of materials and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices
  • Proactively identify and address potential operational issues
  • Provide coverage and support for colleagues across different departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 2–4 years of distribution or supervisory experience, or 7–10 years of proven leadership experience in a distribution environment
  • Knowledge of WMS (AS400/Manhattan), PKMS, MHE, RF, and host systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to set departmental and shift work priorities
  • Ability to develop contingency plans for work volume during abnormal operating circumstances
  • Proficiency in applying managerial techniques to motivate and lead associate staff
  • Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, automated warehouse environment
