PVH Warehouse Supervisor II position in Palmetto, GA. Manage distribution center operations, oversee personnel, and ensure efficient product flow on 2nd shift.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plans and manages labor and physical product flow to ensure continuous goods movement and daily distribution requirements in an automated environment
- Provides training, support, direction, and guidance to subordinate personnel to develop job skills and evaluate individual performance
- Serves as an effective communicator, fostering partnerships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and achieve operational goals
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure timely, damage-free, and accurate product flow through the facility
- Maintains inventory control within assigned area to ensure accurate accountability and reporting of physical inventory
- Assures efficient and economical utilization of materials, improvement of methods, and elimination of wasteful practices
- Maintains adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices throughout the department
- Maintains constant alertness to identify and address potential issues proactively
- Provides coverage and support for colleagues in different departments as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 2–4 years of distribution or supervisory experience, or 7–10 years of proven leadership experience in a distribution environment
- Knowledge of WMS (AS400/Manhattan), PKMS, MHE, RF, and host systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience
2–4 years of distribution or supervisory experience with a bachelor's degree in business or related field; alternatively, 7–10 years of proven leadership experience in a distribution environment.
