PVH seeks VP Digital Consumer Operations in Amsterdam to lead omnichannel strategy and DTC transformation for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein across EMEA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and lead the omnichannel digital product vision and roadmap across eCommerce and Retail, ensuring seamless consumer journeys and platform optimization for conversion and engagement
- Oversee CRM operations and marketing automation platforms, ensuring robust functionality, best-in-class campaign delivery, and lifecycle journey optimization in partnership with Brand and Membership teams
- Define and execute the consumer operations strategy for DTC digital products, analytics, and CRM operations, aligned with PVH EMEA business and brand objectives
- Lead development of CRM, Membership, and Performance Marketing operations across EMEA markets in support of both brands, enabling best-in-class campaign execution
- Drive large-scale transformation initiatives focused on digital product development to improve processes and deliver scalable business experiences
- Establish strategic forecasting targets and ensure alignment with broader PVH EMEA business plans
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to the Digital Consumer Operations leadership team to support DTC brand priorities
- Work closely with SVP and brand leadership to continuously enhance the DTC channel and consumer experience, focusing on commercial performance, conversion, and retention
- Define key performance indicators and establish robust measurement frameworks to track success metrics and drive continuous optimization
- Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives requiring executive-level influence and strategic advisory across global and regional teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in DTC digital and operational leadership within fashion, retail, or consumer brands
- Proven track record of leading digital product strategy and execution for both eCommerce and Retail environments
- Advanced expertise in omnichannel digital product strategy, CRM operations, marketing automation, and lifecycle program optimization
- Extensive experience managing complex transformation programs across functions, brands, and regions
- Deep knowledge of omnichannel consumer journeys, product management principles, and UX/UI standards
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary, high-performing teams in matrixed environments
- Strong data analytics background with demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and foster a commercial analytics culture
- Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, product frameworks, and innovation principles
- Proven expertise in digital capital expenditure management and developing investment business cases for large-scale initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority across all organizational levels on a global scale
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Experience
Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital consumer operations, ecommerce, and retail transformation within fashion, retail, or premium consumer brands. Substantial background in building and managing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams across global and matrixed organizations. Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, from strategy through execution, with proven ability to influence stakeholders at executive levels across brands, regions, and functions. Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions and establishing data-driven operational cultures.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
