PVH Visual Merchandising Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct regular retail visits across assigned territories to audit and implement Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with brand criteria
• Establish and manage retail visit calendars, coordinating schedules with retail partners and internal stakeholders
• Monitor in-store and showcase photography; provide detailed feedback and corrective guidance to retail partners
• Oversee correct product placement, ensuring merchandise is displayed appropriately by category and seasonal strategy
• Coordinate and execute promotional placement across all retail locations; prepare and distribute promotional reports to relevant departments
• Select, procure, and manage visual merchandising materials; ensure effective deployment and regular maintenance of VM assets
• Prepare seasonal showroom displays aligned with brand narratives for order periods and press launches
• Coordinate purchasing, production, and shipment of decorative materials; maintain material inventory accuracy and proper storage protocols
• Support new store openings by auditing opening packs, coordinating with relevant departments, and delivering visual merchandising training to store staff
• Develop and deliver seasonal VM training materials and conduct staff training sessions at showroom facilities
• Plan installation and oversee execution of seasonal visual materials across retail locations and head office
• Monitor training effectiveness during post-training store visits; provide coaching and corrective guidance as needed
• Organize visual materials storage; maintain updated inventory records and preserve retail showcases and associated furniture
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Advertising teams to develop creative ideas for driving retail productivity and brand visibility
• Generate detailed retail visit reports, before-and-after documentation, and compliance checklists; distribute to relevant company leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional visual merchandising experience within fashion retail
• Demonstrated expertise managing visual merchandising across owned-and-operated stores, franchise locations, and concessions spanning multiple locations with high store volume
• Advanced proficiency in visual software including Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, InDesign, and Excel
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• In-depth knowledge of brand strategy, product range, and commercial trading strategies
• Strong creative vision with ability to translate brand narratives into compelling in-store experiences
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrix organizational environment
• Demonstrated adaptability and change management capabilities within fast-paced retail environments

Experience

Minimum 2 years of professional visual merchandising experience within fashion retail, covering owned-and-operated sites, franchise locations, and/or concessions across multiple locations with significant store volumes. Proven track record of managing VM compliance, training store staff, and executing seasonal visual initiatives across diverse retail environments.
