Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as visionary partner to PVH Asia Pacific leadership, defining and leading regional technology vision with emphasis on digital commerce acceleration, consumer insights enablement, and operational excellence
- Empower teams to deliver enterprise solutions including SAP S/4, Oracle XStore, MuleSoft, and Salesforce platforms across Asia Pacific markets
- Collaborate with global IT leadership and integrate strategic vendor partnerships to build cohesive ecosystem of solutions and align global platforms with regional priorities
- Develop and evolve the IT organization and its talent to support solutions for Retail/Store Solutions, Digital Commerce, Commercial ERP, Data & Analytics, Financial, Consumer Data Solutions, Planning, Network, Infrastructure, and Support services
- Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs across Asia Pacific markets to position them as enablers of business agility and continuous operational efficiency
- Act as thought leader and trusted advisor to the business, collaborating with multiple teams to identify requirements and develop optimal solutions for local business needs
- Promote, support, implement, and educate regional teams on strategy direction for PVH's global solution landscape
- Lead the IT Asia Pacific Technology Steering Committee in partnership with Asia Pacific Leadership, aligning key priorities and developing technology investment budgets
- Establish and maintain continual communications across the organization—globally, interdepartmentally, and intradepartmentally—to coordinate overall needs
- Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of IT associates across the region, including senior-level selection, and drive succession planning to build robust leadership pipeline
- Manage the IT Asia Pacific budget in conjunction with the PVH Asia Pacific CFO and IT Global Finance Team to ensure timely project delivery on budget
Qualifications
- Strategic IT leadership with demonstrated success in global apparel and retail sectors
- Expertise in enterprise systems including SAP S/4, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Oracle XStore
- Proven ability to develop and manage global IT support infrastructure across multiple countries
- Track record of designing and implementing apparel-related technology systems
- Experience with retail and ecommerce digital platforms
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic technology plans
- Strong technical background in systems design, programming, implementation, and infrastructure management
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Multicultural and international working experience
- Leadership capability in managing large, geographically dispersed IT teams
Skills
Experience
Extensive IT leadership experience (10–15 years) in global apparel and retail with proven success in enterprise applications, infrastructure, and digital commerce platforms. Minimum 5–10 years in Operations/Infrastructure management. Demonstrated success developing and managing global IT support infrastructure across multiple countries. Minimum 3–4 years managing IT systems for a global apparel organization. Proven track record in designing and implementing apparel-related systems for global operations. Strong background in strategic planning and implementation. Proficiency in infrastructure design and management. Demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships. Experience in international environments required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
