The Temporary Sales Associate represents Calvin Klein on the sales floor, delivers a distinctive customer experience, supports sales and store operations, and maintains brand and visual standards. This is a part-time temporary role with evening, weekend and holiday availability; full-time hires receive additional benefits, subject to eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and strengthen each interaction through conversations that encourage sales and build a connection with the brand.
- Represent the brand to customers, stay current on its timeless fashion, and build lasting customer loyalty.
- Work on the sales floor, process replenishment and transactions at the cash register, and support other tasks in line with the brand vision.
- Demonstrate pride, dedication and passion for the brand and its customers, embracing individuality, inclusion and teamwork.
- Contribute to the store’s overall business success and maintain CALVIN KLEIN brand and visual standards.
- Carry out the behind-the-scenes work needed to keep the store running smoothly under the direction of the store management team.
Qualifications
- A warm attitude and organizational and time-management abilities.
- Energy and enthusiasm for shared values and objectives.
- Retail experience; training is provided if the candidate does not have it.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and crouch for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
