Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the concession store operations whilst maintaining disciplined financial oversight of key performance indicators
- Build and motivate a high-performing team through authentic leadership, positive engagement, and clear performance expectations
- Represent the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger premium lifestyle brands as an ambassador both internally and to customers
- Ensure seamless execution of all store operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, and area management
- Develop and nurture customer relationships through proactive relationship-building and retention strategies with both existing and prospective clients
- Maintain efficient stock management and active floor space optimization to maximise sales and inventory turnover
Qualifications
- Multiple years of management experience in textile and fashion retail
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
- Natural sales orientation combined with exceptional organisational ability
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in key performance indicator (KPI) evaluation
- Fluent English and competent PC user
- Self-confident, motivational personality with proven ability to inspire teams

Several years of progressive management experience in textile and fashion retail, with proven track record of leading teams and delivering consistent sales growth within luxury or premium lifestyle retail environments.
Education
No specific educational qualifications are mandated; however, advanced commercial or retail management training is advantageous.
