PVH seeks an experienced Store Supervisor to lead retail operations and drive customer service excellence across a UK location. The successful candidate will oversee store personnel, merchandising functions, and business results while maintaining brand standards and motivating the team to exceed sales targets through exemplary customer experience and operational discipline.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to maximize customer service, sales, and profitability
• Support management team in overseeing personnel management, product merchandising, business processes, and store results
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings to align on business objectives
• Communicate all marketing and sales promotions clearly to store team members
• Drive shop floor sales and motivate team to exceed store targets while delivering exceptional customer journeys
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
• Deliver business strategy implementation and ensure comprehensive product knowledge and store maintenance training
• Achieve company standards for personal sales results, including sales versus budget, sales per hour, and units per transaction
• Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening, closing, and sales floor operations
• Build and maintain quality relationships with internal and external customers to drive repeat business
• Execute and oversee visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room consistency
• Work with management to develop talent pipeline for key positions and identify potential successors

Qualifications

• Proven track record in supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury retail brands
• Demonstrated people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and disagreements constructively
• Effective communicator with strong relationship-building capabilities
• Team-oriented mindset with recognition of team contributions and achievements
• Proficiency in providing constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
• Adaptability to change with ability to work at pace in dynamic environments
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor
• Initiative-driven problem-solving approach with 'can do' mindset

Skills

Experience

Previous supervisory or specialist experience within premium or luxury retail brands is required, along with demonstrated people management background.
