PVH is hiring a Senior Total Rewards Manager to support its India subcontinent regional team, advise HR and business leaders, and manage compensation, benefits, payroll, incentives, HRIS initiatives, and wellbeing programs. The role directly supervises a Total Rewards Specialist or Payroll Specialist and is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the India subcontinent regional total rewards team in managing total rewards programs and projects.
- Advise HR business partners and business leads, and help ensure competitive reward programs attract, retain, and motivate talent.
- Analyze salary benchmark trends and metrics to monitor the company’s salary structure and job grading.
- Prepare compensation proposals and salary comparison documentation.
- Manage company payroll, tax reporting, pensions, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and analyze results to ensure pay programs remain market competitive.
- Analyze market surveys and best practices to enhance talent attraction and retention.
- Support annual performance management and the annual salary and bonus review process.
- Administer short- and long-term incentive schemes.
- Review insurance and benefit programs across countries.
- Support the deployment of recognition programs.
- Manage third-party benefit vendors and brokers.
- Maintain records and policies.
- Review the company’s HR workflows and processes, recommend improvements, and support operational efficiency and business growth.
- Assist with job evaluation exercises.
- Provide total rewards analysis and prepare regular reports to support business operations, including HR analytics studies.
- Deliver and maintain HRIS projects and improvements, and proactively recommend plans to address issues.
- Maintain PVH corporate governance relating to total rewards policies and programs.
- Lead and promote wellbeing programs in the ISC region.
- Undertake other assigned compensation and benefits projects.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and country HR teams; finance and legal teams; managers; associates; audit firms; payroll and benefits vendors; HR consultants; survey providers; and local government officials.
- Directly supervise a Total Rewards Specialist or Payroll Specialist.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of solid experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Extensive compensation and benefits management experience, preferably gained in a shared service center or sourcing industry.
- Hands-on experience managing and administering HRIS systems; WORKDAY experience is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience administering salary and benefits surveys, analyzing data, and recommending changes.
- Experience with people-cost and budgeting concepts.
- Experience designing, formulating, and implementing compensation and benefits policies and benefit programs.
- Experience implementing and upgrading HRIS systems is advantageous.
- Degree holder or above.
