Senior Supply Planner Outlet at Tommy Hilfiger, Amsterdam. Lead end-to-end outlet supply planning across EMEA and North America with PVH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate regional Outlet targets and commercial needs into optimized supply plans that support brand KPIs
- Create transparency around the global supply plan and evaluate multiple planning scenarios
- Manage planning and buying recaps, including pre-bookings, delivery dates, purchase orders, cancellations, and performance metrics
- Lead regional meetings, seasonal kick-offs, workshops, and planning reviews with internal stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and provide analytical support for supply planning decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Supply Planning, Product Development, Buying & Planning, and Merchandise Planning teams across Amsterdam, New York, and supply hubs
- Oversee operational planning activities and provide coaching and guidance to peer planners
- Identify synergies between EMEA and North America planning teams by aligning best practices and reporting methodologies
Qualifications
- 4–5 years' experience in supply planning or highly analytical roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills
- Fluent in English
- HBO/University degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, matrix-driven environments

Experience
4–5 years in supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or related analytical roles within fashion, retail, or global supply chain environments. Demonstrated experience translating commercial targets into executable supply plans and managing cross-functional planning processes.
Education
HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree, University degree, or equivalent professional qualification in a quantitative or business-related discipline.
