PVH hiring Senior Specialist, End-to-End Master Data in Bangalore, India. Lead enterprise data strategy and quality across global SAP, PLM, and MDM systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as IT subject matter expert for enterprise master data across PVH's global application landscape, defining technology solutions and best practices to improve quality, consistency, and operational readiness
- Partner with Product Creation, Merchandising, Planning, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Data Governance teams to align technology leadership with business priorities
- Lead analysis and resolution of complex master data issues spanning SAP, PLM, MDM, PIM, and related enterprise applications, ensuring data validation and production readiness
- Define and implement automated validation processes and readiness checks to improve data quality across articles, vendors, factories, stores, locations, costs, pricing, and related domains
- Support global ERP projects and transformation initiatives, leading master data activities for system deployments, mock conversions, cutovers, and production readiness
- Identify recurring data quality issues and drive root cause resolution with business and IT partners through reporting, metrics, documentation, and best practices
- Build strong partnerships across business functions and technology teams, collaborating with Application, Development, Architecture, Integration, and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Provide expert guidance on enterprise master data impacts, dependencies, and business process considerations to global stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise applications within retail, apparel, fashion, or consumer products
- Strong experience with SAP master data and integration with PLM, MDM, PIM, and other enterprise applications
- Deep understanding of enterprise master data domains including articles, vendors, factories, stores, locations, costs, pricing, and related business data
- Demonstrated experience supporting ERP projects, enterprise integrations, or global transformation programs
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional global teams
- Bachelor's degree required
