Role & Responsibilities
- Lead monthly core buy collaboration process for all product categories, consolidating regional demand into a single global buy recommendation
- Summarize global and regional buys, providing leadership with visibility into key changes, decisions, delivery outlook, and supply risks
- Partner with factories to align production capacity, delivery timing, and order prioritization with regional demand and need-by dates
- Monitor supplier plan adherence and proactively address capacity constraints and delivery risks
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, supplier performance, and ways of working
- Partner directly with vendors throughout the implementation of new collaboration tools to drive successful adoption across the vendor base
- Support speed-to-market models by aligning demand, capacity, and delivery plans with accelerated business timelines
- Lead, develop, and manage Senior Supply Planning Analysts team members

- 7+ years of experience in apparel supply planning, production, or sourcing
- Prior experience working with regional partners across multiple geographies
- Prior experience supervising and developing direct reports
- Bachelor's degree required
