PVH Senior Manager, Data and Analytics

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data analysts in developing reports, dashboards, and metrics within the Lighthouse analytics platform and offline environments
• Prioritize and manage the analytics backlog, working with business leaders to identify high-impact use cases across Cost Optimization, Delivery Performance, Availability, Supply Chain Visibility, Traceability, and Sustainability
• Co-manage regional embedded analysts across global supply organizations via dotted-line reporting
• Translate complex business requirements into clear analytics specifications in collaboration with business analysts and supply chain stakeholders
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses, hypothesis testing, and causal analysis to assess data trends and communicate insights to senior leadership
• Partner with IT, technology teams, and external service providers to leverage appropriate data sources and ensure data quality and governance standards
• Mentor and develop the analytics team in India, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing across embedded analyst networks
• Support the Lighthouse platform rollout and optimization, providing first-level user support and driving adoption
• Contribute to the multiyear data and analytics strategy for PVH Supply Chain, identifying emerging use cases in advanced analytics and data science
• Collaborate across brands and regions to standardize methodologies, metrics, data hierarchies, and reporting frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a similar quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• 7–10 years of experience in a global data and analytics environment
• Prior experience or exposure to analytics applications within a supply chain environment
• Demonstrated expertise in translating business use cases and strategic priorities into analytics requirements
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, large dataset handling)
• Advanced SQL expertise including complex query writing, dataset manipulation, and dimensional data modeling
• Intermediate to strong expertise in statistical techniques including hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics, predictive modeling (linear/logistic regression), and time series forecasting
• Strong experience building analytics dashboards and visualizations using MicroStrategy or similar BI tools
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
• Exposure to Databricks and experience with advanced data science use cases
• Exposure to VBA macros for Excel automation (preferred)
• Experience or familiarity with fashion, apparel, or consumer goods analytics (preferred)

Experience

7–10 years of relevant experience in a global data and analytics environment, with demonstrated background in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, statistical analysis, and team management. Experience working in Agile environments is required. Prior exposure to fashion, apparel, or consumer goods analytics is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a similar quantitative field required. Master's degree preferred.
