Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and review managerial and financial reports with accuracy and timeliness, analyzing results against current business situations
- Maintain monthly forecasts and budgets by facilitating coordination with internal business partners
- Monitor sales, gross margin, store and company profit performance against budget and forecast targets, recommending corrective actions as needed

- Drive Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein integration efforts by partnering with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Experience
Proven experience in a senior financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance role, preferably within a multi-brand, global consumer goods or fashion organization. Background in supporting business integration initiatives and PMO functions is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification is preferred.
