PVH Corp seeks Senior Lead for SAP Security, GRC & Compliance in India. Oversee enterprise security architecture and governance across SAP landscapes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SAP security architecture, including role design, authorization objects, and user access controls across S/4HANA, EWM, FMS, Fiori, BW, ECC and other SAP modules
- Configure and manage SAP GRC modules—Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management—to automate security processes and enforce compliance protocols
- Oversee the complete user lifecycle, including provisioning/deprovisioning, emergency access management, and regular access reviews to mitigate security risks
- Perform segregation-of-duties and critical access analysis, develop and refine GRC rulesets, and collaborate with business process owners on mitigating controls
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, J-SOX); support internal and external audits by providing evidence and resolving audit issues
- Monitor SAP systems for suspicious activity, investigate security incidents, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to business stakeholders and IT teams (Basis, development, functional analysts) on security best practices and complex issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and deliver security awareness training to users and internal teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC configuration and implementation
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP security concepts: roles, profiles, authorization objects, SU24, PFCG
- Proficiency in GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules
- Experience with SAP ECC, SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP RISE environments, including both on-premise and cloud deployments
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and security auditing techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for diagnosing complex security and access issues
- Ability to communicate complex technical security concepts in business-relevant language to non-technical stakeholders
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC, with proven expertise in designing and implementing security solutions across complex, multi-module SAP landscapes. Experience must include configuration and deployment work in both on-premise and cloud environments, with demonstrated success managing multiple GRC instances, conducting compliance audits, and leading cross-functional technical teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field is required.
