Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on internal and external data sets relevant to PVH Supply Chain, deriving statistically-grounded trends and insights using appropriate methodologies
- Create quantitative insights with intuitive and effective visualizations that prioritize user experience and clarity for leadership and broader supply chain teams
- Build and maintain harmonized global metrics by analyzing data from multiple source systems across the evolving internal supply chain architecture
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including SDA peers, Vendor Management, Business teams, Technology teams, Corporate Responsibility partners, and external service providers to identify and prioritize analytics use cases aligned with Annual Operating Plan objectives
- Partner with Business Analysts to gather detailed requirements, develop wireframes, and deliver high-quality visualizations and interactive reports within Lighthouse
- Support the design, development, and management of Reports, Dashboards, and Visualizations according to business requirements and product roadmap priorities
- Conduct hypothesis testing, variance analyses, and causal analyses to statistically assess data trends and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
- Perform quality assurance and validation testing on deliverables to ensure alignment with functional and technical requirements and organizational standards
- Manage day-to-day and ad-hoc data analysis requests independently, supporting PVH Supply Chain business groups with timely analytical support
- Collaborate with project teams and technology partners to troubleshoot issues and identify appropriate solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Engineering, Science, or similar quantitative field (Master's degree preferred)
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in data analysis and business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and large-volume data management
- Strong expertise in creating clear, intuitive, and meaningful data visualizations and business intelligence deliverables
- Advanced SQL proficiency with ability to write complex queries to model business rules
- Working knowledge of open-source programming languages for data analysis (Python or R) including data import/export, manipulation, and cleansing
- Proficiency with statistical techniques including hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics, predictive modeling (linear and logistic regression), and time series forecasting
- Demonstrated expertise with analytics platforms such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Tableau
- Strong expertise in creating wireframes and mockups to visualize data requirements
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to create senior leadership-level executive presentations
- Excellent customer-facing written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
- Solid understanding of dimensional data models and data architecture principles

Experience
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics delivery. Experience with supply chain analytics environments is advantageous. Demonstrated track record of translating complex business requirements into actionable insights and delivering data solutions in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Engineering, Science, or similar quantitative field required. Master's degree in related discipline preferred.
