PVH seeks Senior Analyst for Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Technology in India. Support ESG, traceability and compliance technology platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day enablement, improvement and adoption of technology platforms for Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, traceability and certifications, including Workiva, TextileGenesis, ID Factory and OSS Certifications
- Assist with platform configuration, access management, issue resolution, release coordination and vendor follow-up across the enterprise technology landscape
- Translate business, sustainability, traceability and compliance requirements into clear data, system and integration specifications
- Support data mapping, data quality checks, data standards and integration flows across PLM, VMS, ERP and reporting solutions
- Partner with business, IT stakeholders and external vendors to collect requirements, document issues, propose improvements and support delivery
- Design, test and implement integrations, APIs and data exchanges between enterprise systems and external platforms
- Enable system and data capabilities supporting ESG compliance, product packaging sustainability, certification validation and sustainable supply chain activities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting outputs for operational, compliance, certification and sustainability use cases
- Ensure data used for compliance, certifications and sustainability claims is accurate, complete, traceable and auditable
- Support certification data flows, chain-of-custody documentation and document verification processes across relevant systems
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT systems, data, reporting, systems analysis or technology delivery, preferably in supply chain, sustainability, ESG or compliance domains
- Proven techno-functional experience translating business and compliance needs into system requirements, data specifications and technology improvements
- Demonstrated understanding of Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, ESG, traceability, certification and product sustainability processes
- Experience with enterprise ESG reporting tools, traceability platforms and certification systems
- Proficiency with data mapping, data quality frameworks, data standards, APIs and enterprise data exchange methodologies
- Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-based platforms including configuration, access management, issue resolution and vendor coordination
- Expertise with reporting and dashboarding tools, particularly Power BI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global business, IT and vendor teams
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Fluency in English

Experience
Minimum 7+ years in IT systems, data management, reporting or technology delivery, with strong background in supply chain, sustainability, ESG or compliance-related domains. Proven track record translating complex business and regulatory requirements into practical technology solutions and managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement in global environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
