PVH SAP Basis Administrator

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead administration, monitoring, maintenance and technical governance of complex SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP CAR, SLT and associated SAP HANA systems across production and non-production environments
• Manage SAP systems hosted under RISE with SAP, coordinating with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services for incidents, maintenance activities, infrastructure changes, upgrades and operational issues
• Own Basis activities for S/4HANA environments including system health monitoring, HANA administration, performance analysis, parameter management, transports and technical troubleshooting
• Provide Basis and platform support for BW/4HANA and SAP CAR landscapes including system performance, interfaces, batch processing and HANA resource utilization
• Manage and troubleshoot SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT) configurations, RFC connectivity and replication health
• Support SAP BTP environments including subaccounts, entitlements, destinations, connectivity, Cloud Connector and identity integration
• Plan and execute SAP technical upgrades, SPS/FPS updates, kernel upgrades and HANA revisions while coordinating downtime and testing
• Govern SAP transport processes across development, quality and production landscapes ensuring proper approvals and segregation of duties
• Proactively monitor SAP application and HANA database performance, identify bottlenecks and drive optimization for memory, CPU and expensive SQL
• Maintain strong SAP technical controls aligned with corporate security and compliance requirements including user administration, privileged access and audit logging
• Act as key Basis SME for internal audits, external audits, SOX/ITGC reviews and compliance assessments
• Support and validate SOX/ITGC controls covering logical access, privileged access, change management and system operations
• Participate in disaster recovery strategy, system recovery planning and periodic DR exercises for critical SAP environments
• Lead resolution of high-priority SAP technical incidents and perform detailed root-cause analysis
• Provide technical recommendations for SAP landscape design, sizing, scalability and high availability
• Serve as technical focal point for SAP RISE/ECS and SAP Product Support
• Identify opportunities to automate Basis operational activities such as monitoring, health checks and certificate tracking
• Maintain technical architecture diagrams, SOPs, operational runbooks and DR documentation
• Mentor junior Basis administrators and establish operational standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP and SaaS services
• Extensive experience managing and working with managed services
• Proven experience implementing, enhancing, upgrading and supporting large ERP applications in fast-paced environments
• Experience leading transitions to modern ERP platforms
• Demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills with proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimization
• Strong understanding of automation, auditability and availability in cloud and on-premises solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and drive change across global teams
• Project management skills (preferred)

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP and SaaS services is required. The candidate should have extensive experience managing and working with managed services, as well as proven expertise in implementing, enhancing, upgrading and supporting large ERP applications in rapidly changing environments. Experience leading transitions to modern ERP platforms and managing cloud-based SAP deployments is essential.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field is preferred.
