Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome, accompany and advise each customer throughout their in-store journey, identify their needs and recommend suitable products to drive sales.
• Build excellent product knowledge and communicate product features effectively.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience and relay customer feedback to the management team to support the store’s continuous improvement.
• Contribute to daily store operations, including replenishment, cash handling and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain well-organized stock in collaboration with the dedicated team.
• Help prevent unknown loss by remaining vigilant and reporting any unusual situations.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and pride.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive working environment focused on continuous learning.
• Embrace new initiatives and actively contribute to achieving the group’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Some prior experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
