The Sales Associate represents the brand, advises customers, develops sales and contributes to customer loyalty. The role supports daily store operations, stock organization, shrinkage prevention and a collaborative team culture. This is a full-time fixed-term contract (CDD).
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, accompany and advise each customer throughout their in-store journey, identify their needs and recommend suitable products to develop sales.
- Build excellent product knowledge and communicate product features effectively.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience and relay customer feedback to management to support continuous improvement in the store.
- Contribute to daily store operations, including replenishing products, processing transactions and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Help organize stock effectively in collaboration with the dedicated team.
- Help prevent inventory shrinkage by remaining vigilant and reporting any unusual situations.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and pride.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment focused on continuous learning.
- Embrace new initiatives and actively contribute to achieving the group’s objectives.
