The Sales Associate delivers an engaging customer experience, promotes TOMMY HILFIGER campaigns and products, and supports sales-floor and back-of-house operations, including inventory processing, replenishment, and cash register transactions. This is a temporary, part-time role with flexible schedules that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, helpful customer experience and initiate conversations that drive sales and build enthusiasm for the brand.
- Stay current on new campaigns and product launches, and communicate the brand’s vision to customers to build lasting loyalty.
- Support store-floor operations, including processing new inventory, replenishment, and cash register transactions.
- Demonstrate pride, dedication, and passion for the brand and its customers.
Qualifications
- Warm and approachable attitude, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s values and objectives.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
