Role & Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the sales process and build brand loyalty as a Brand Ambassador
• Apply effective sales techniques to meet and exceed established sales targets
• Represent PVH corporate culture and brand image professionally
• Contribute to maintaining a professional and motivating work environment
• Uphold visual merchandising and display standards consistently throughout the sales floor
• Monitor and manage stock levels, restocking products to ensure full availability of items and sizes

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar retail sales role
• Strong operational and organizational capabilities
• Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work shift-based schedules, particularly weekends

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales or a related customer-facing role in the fashion or luxury goods sector.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) or higher.
