The Sales Associate represents PVH as a brand ambassador, guides customers through the sales process, builds loyalty, and supports sales, merchandising, and stock availability. This is a full-time role with a 40-hour work week and two days off per week; employee discounts are offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand as an ambassador, guide customers through the sales process, and build customer loyalty.
- Engage an international customer base around PVH products and values.
- Use effective sales techniques to achieve assigned targets.
- Promote the corporate culture and image as a brand ambassador.
- Contribute to a professional and motivating work environment.
- Help maintain visual merchandising standards consistently.
- Monitor sales-floor stock and replenish missing items to ensure a full range of products and sizes is available.
